Any Match

  • Activated whenever the user is matched with any participant in the program.

First Match

  • Triggered when the user receives their first match.

First Unresponsive Match

  • Engages when two users have not interacted with each other for three months.

First Conversation Started

  • Triggered when the user initiates their first chat with a match.

First Conversation Not Started

  • Activated if the user has not started a conversation with any of their matches.
