🎯 Goal Setting for Mentors

2 Weeks After Any Match

Mentors Only

Your mentee may set a goal they would like to work on during this program. To help them achieve their goals, set smaller milestones with tasks throughout the program.

Your mentee may have used the GROW Method to draft their goal in Qooper:

  • Goal: What do you want to do?
  • Reality: Where are you now? What are some of the barriers preventing you from achieving your goal? How will you overcome these?
  • Options: What could you do? What resources are available to you? What changes can you make to your own behavior to overcome barriers?
  • Will: What will you do? How can you start making changes or tapping into available resources to achieve your goal?

Still don't know where to start or what goal to work toward? Goal setting may seem daunting. You can find a Goal Setting step by step guide in the Learning Section to help you and your Mentee identify and set goals.
