The powerful AI matching feature was the biggest driver in our decision-making. We knew that we would need a platform that could grow as we created programs that provided opportunities to our entire global team. Having a platform which was diverse in its application and functionality was very important. Also selecting a platform that users would enjoy and not view as a burden was high on our priority list. Qooper ticked all of our boxes in terms of its functionality, ease of deployment and ease of use. Our experience has been extremely positive so far. 

Qooper was easy to launch and we had a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager which was extremely helpful. This is a new program for us so for administering a pilot program, it had the customizability and flexibility that we were looking for. The goal is to have a mentor program that is self-administered so the matching algorithm was a big win for us. I was thoroughly impressed with Qooper. I found their approach to matching me with an advisor to be particularly insightful. Initially, I was concerned about finding a suitable advisor who could meet my specific needs as an upskiller focused on enhancing communication skills and becoming a more effective team player. Given my lack of interest in the corporate environment, I was unsure if the program could provide a meaningful match. If I were to rate my Qooper experience out of 10 I would give it a 10. I have enjoyed using Qooper way more than other software we have used. The mentor matching portal was super easy to use and filter. I was able to make lots of connections. I like how clean the interface is and how it walks users through the next steps on the main page.

Ease of use for both the user as well as the admin. Our membership normally needs extra assistance with instructions on enrollment, however, with Qooper, I have not needed to provide extra guidance, instructions, or videos, which has saved us admin time. Difficulty enrolling is no longer a reason for users not joining the mentoring program. Our contract was coming to an end and we were unsatisfied with the price we were paying for the program we had. Our program wasn't growing, requiring additional administrative efforts in the background for setting up instructions, notifications, and support. It offered no learning modules, communities, events, or tracking. 
Our overall experience has been excellent. The customer service is extraordinary and attentive whenever we need assistance. We have grown our program 10 fold thanks to switching over to Qooper and our members have nothing but positive experiences using it, I very rarely get users reaching out to me needing help or having issues.

Qooper has been easy to use and follow. The UI is clear and the tabs to use are clearly laid out. It was nice that some of the profile was prefilled from Workday, and it is also extremely helpful that Qooper can be linked to Outlook in order to keep track of all the emails. It is also cool to see that Qooper can provide recommended matches with mentors.

Setting up a profile, finding information, and connecting with a mentor are all straightforward from day one. The layout is intuitive, the initial setup is quick, and the overall experience makes it easy to focus on the mentoring relationship rather than figuring out the platform.

It has allowed us to create a comprehensive training platform for an important membership audience. The mentoring facility is incredibly important to this audience as many are working alone in their clinics. We are currently expanding the numbers being able to access it. The platform is VERY easy to use, and is flexible depending upon the wants and needs of different users. Also, the support team is very helpful and seemingly always available. Most importantly, the platform's ability to bring together mentors and mentees to collaborate and track their progress is second to none. And, for those who care about aesthetics, the user interface looks great, is super intuitive to use, and I believe is a big part of why our team has enjoyed using it so much. The best features of this software are the ability to share lessons with other mentors and mentees and to use the lessons created by other groups as well. Business problems that I am solving with Qooper are the ability to create goals and lessons with mentees and to track progress over time as they work to accomplish these goals. Some benefits I have realized are the ability to track over the long term How a mentee is doing in terms of accomplishing their goals. I have also benefited by learning from the lessons of other groups. I think lesson sharing is the greatest benefit that Qooper offers.

Qooper allows you to create learning/training modules to engage your teams. I find it useful since I can schedule all communication to mentors and mentees beforehand through the system. Another plus is that you can track mentor meetings as well as the completion of learning/training modules.

Qooper is an all in one application for mentoring with a user friendly UI and lots of automated features. I like being able to schedule meetings, use the chat feature and track goals. Linking to my calendar is also a great feature that help me to remember my meetings and deadline. Customer support team is also great they all are helpful. One more attractive feature is to bring together mentor and mentees to collaborate and track their progress.
