If admin changes duration, then steps and lesson trigger dates need to be updated to reflect the new relationship duration

-User Onboarding/Matching:

oAdmin send out deep links to mentor and mentees/

Mentors join first and review the mentor lesson

Then mentees can join and be matched

Admin uses Bulk Suggest 1:1 to make the first connection, can turn on Mentor Search, Mentee Search, and Peers ⅓ of the way through the program

-Facilitation/Data Tracking/Reporting:

The review of skill gaps data after all the users join will tell you more about the needs/interests of the users to create different groups/communities or mentoring circles using the bulk suggest

Once matches are made Steps will start being triggered, and monthly meetings will start happening. At this point, review the Tag Based Measurements graph to find what they are discussing in their groups and meetings
