How to transition ongoing program to Qooper/ Import existing matches

When onboarding a new program to Qooper, to make it a smooth transition, Qooper is able to import existing matches and match date into the platform. This will not disrupt any existing relationships. This can be especially import in new hire/ buddy pr

- CSM and Customer complete the fields on this template   

- Qooper IT team is able to import the spreadsheet via an IT ticket

- The matches and match date will be set in the Qooper platform for existing matches to pickup where they left off.
