Publish Trigger Types for Steps and Learnings

In Qooper, we use various trigger types to publish steps and learnings based on specific user actions and milestones. Below is a dictionary-style guide that provides a straightforward explanation of each publish trigger type:

  1. Profile Completed:

    • Triggered once the user answers all the questions in their profile form.
  2. First Match:

    • Activated when the user receives their first match.
  3. First Unmatch:

    • Triggered after the user unmatches another user for the first time.
  4. First Unresponsive Match:

    • Engages when two users have not interacted with each other for 3 months.
  5. First Conversation Started:

    • Activated when the user initiates their first chat with a match.
  6. First Conversation Not Started:

    • Triggered if the user has not started a conversation with any of their matches.
  7. First Conversation Started but Not Replied:

    • Engages when the user initiates a conversation but doesn't receive a reply.
  8. First Meeting Scheduled:

    • Activated once the user schedules their first meeting with a match.
  9. First Meeting Not Scheduled:

    • Triggered if the user has not yet scheduled their first meeting with any match.
  10. First Meeting Completed:

    • Activated after the user completes their first meeting with a match.
  11. First Match Goal Set:

    • Triggered when the user sets their first match goal.
  12. First Match Goal Not Set:

    • Engages if the user has not yet set a match goal.
  13. First Match Goal Completed:

    • Activated when the user achieves their first match goal.
