How to Unmatch "Completed Duration" Users in Qooper
Keeping your matching dashboard clean and accurate is vital to running an efficient mentoring program. This guide will walk you through how to identify and unmatch users who have completed their cycles—both individually and in bulk. You will also learn how to navigate the Duration Completed tab to easily check real-time connection statuses.
Bulk Unmatching of "Duration Complete" Users
1. Access the Matching Section:
Navigate to the Matching section from your Qooper dashboard.
2. Locate Participant Management:
Within the Matching page, go to Participant Management

3. Conclude Connections:
click on the "Conclude Connections" button.
This will unmatch all users whose duration has been completed.
Unmatching "Duration Completed" Users Individually:
1. Access the "Duration Completed" Tab:-
Go to the Matching tab and select the Duration Completed view. =
- Click on the Duration Completed tab to view a filtered list of users whose match cycles have ended.

- Locate the columns sitting between Mentors/Mentees and the Feedback area.

Hover over the profile icons within these columns. A tooltip will appear showing whether the user's duration is Active or Completed.

- Click on the profile of the participant whose connection has been completed.
- Click on the minus (-) icon next to their connection to initiate unmatching.

- Confirm the unmatch action when prompted to complete the process.
