How to Schedule a Meeting Through Calendar Integration in Qooper

Note: The process is the same for other calendar integrations, such as Google Calendar. The main difference is the video call link generated (e.g., Google Meet instead of Teams).


1. Connect Your Calendar

  • Click the Lightning Integration logo.

  • Select your calendar (Outlook shown in video).

  • Hit Connect and sign in with your credentials.

  • Confirm the Lightning logo appears next to your calendar, indicating a successful connection.


2. Open the Mentoring Tab

  • Go to Mentoring in Qooper.

  • Select the connection you want to schedule a meeting with.


3. Access the Connection’s Profile

  • Click on the connection’s profile.

  • Select Meetings from the options.


4. Schedule a Meeting

  • Click Schedule a Meeting.

  • Ensure the calendar logo (e.g., Outlook) appears, confirming the integration is active.


5. Set Meeting Details

  • Enter the Meeting Title.

  • Choose the Date and Time, and review suggested availability.


6. Choose Meeting Type and Topic

  • By default, the meeting type may show Microsoft Teams (for Outlook) or Google Meet (for Google Calendar).

  • Add optional Notes & Agenda items.


7. Finalize and Schedule

  • Click Schedule to create the meeting.


8. Verify in Your Calendar

  • Check your calendar to ensure the meeting appears.

  • Your connection will also receive a calendar invite automatically.
