How to Create a Lesson for a Specific Group in Qooper

Step 1: Log in to the Qooper Admin Dashboard

• Begin by logging in to your Qooper Admin Dashboard using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Learning" Section

• Locate and click on the "Learning" section in the left sidebar menu.

Step 3: Click on the "Create" Button

• Once in the "Learning" section, locate the "Create" button positioned at the top of the page, adjacent to "Lessons". Click on it to initiate the lesson creation process.

Step 4: Fill Out Required Fields

• In the creation form, start by filling out the essential details:
  • Title: Provide a clear and concise title for your lesson.
  • Content Format: Choose the preferred format for your lesson content.
  • Cover Image: Upload an engaging cover image to represent your lesson.
  • Viewer Type: Select "Groups" and then specify the particular group you wish to publish the lesson to.
  • Tags: Add relevant tags to categorize your lesson.
  • Description: Provide a brief description to give learners an overview.
  • Click on "Create" to finalize and create the lesson.

Publish Type: Choose the Right Timing for Your Lesson

Qooper offers two distinct publish types tailored to your scheduling needs:

      • Scheduled: Customize Your Lesson's Release Schedule

        • With the Scheduled publish type, you can tailor the release of your lesson to meet your specific needs:
          • Select Groups: Begin by selecting the groups you want to publish the lesson to. Click "Add" from the Groups tab to choose the relevant groups.
          • Choose Date and Time: Next, decide on the exact publish date and time for each group. You can either pick the date and time separately for each group or use the "Apply all" option to select the same publish date and time for all groups.

Step 5: Publish Your Lesson

• After the lesson is created, you'll be directed to the section/component creation of the related learning. When you're ready to make the learning available to your chosen group, simply click on the "Publish" button to publish it.
