How to connect via Qooper's SFTP server?

Connecting your system to Qooper via SFTP is as easy as 1-2-3: The Qooper team provides you with secure SFTP credentials, you upload your data files, and we handle the rest. With accurate data flowing into Qooper, you're ready to launch mentoring, learning, and development programs with the right people at the right time.

To start taking advantage of these benefits, the first step is to request your SFTP credentials from the Qooper team.

(1) Request Your SFTP Credentials 👤

The Qooper team will provide you with a secure SFTP server and credentials. You will receive the following connection details:

Connection Details Provided by Qooper:

  • Hostname
  • Port
  • Username
  • Password
  • Destination folder

(2) Provide Your Data File Details 🔑

After receiving your SFTP credentials, provide the following details to the Qooper team via email so we can securely configure the file sync:

  • File Format: CSV (preferred), Excel, or JSON
  • File Name: The name of the file you will upload.
  • Unique Identifier: Which field should be used as the primary key (e.g., employee id email)?
  • Field Mapping: Please make a copy of the sample file and enter your own fields and data for us to configure the field mapping for the integration: Sample File Link

(3) Qooper Team Will Complete the Integration

Once you upload your files, the Qooper team will:

  • Establish Connection: We will test the SFTP connection to ensure a valid connection.
  • Map Your Data: We map your file's fields (ID, Name, Email, Job Title, etc.) to the corresponding fields in Qooper.
  • Validate & Test: We perform data validation and test syncs to ensure the information is flowing accurately.
  • Activate Automation: We set your scheduled sync (Daily or Weekly) to keep your user base up to date automatically.

Your SFTP connection is successfully established. The Qooper team is now working on the mapping to ensure all data is fully synced and ready for your mentoring and development programs.
