How to connect HubSpot with Qooper?

Overview

Connecting HubSpot to Qooper is as easy as 1-2-3: Once your HubSpot connection is authorized and the integration is created, your contact and company data begins syncing automatically. With accurate HubSpot data flowing into Qooper, you’re ready to power mentoring, coaching, and customer success programs with the right people at the right time.

To start taking advantage of these benefits, the first step is to authorize HubSpot to securely connect to Qooper.

(1) Authorize HubSpot Access 👤

Before connecting to Qooper, a HubSpot administrator must sign in and authorize access using HubSpot’s secure OAuth login.

Using OAuth ensures:

  • No passwords or API keys are shared
  • Access is permission-based and revocable
  • All activity is tied to your HubSpot account

During setup, the Qooper team will provide a HubSpot connection link.


(1a) Sign in to HubSpot

  1. Click the HubSpot authorization link provided by Qooper.
  2. Sign in to your HubSpot account.
  3. Select the HubSpot instance you want to connect.
  4. Review the requested permissions (see 1b below).
  5. Click Authorize.

Once approved, HubSpot is securely connected to Qooper.

(1b) Grant Permissions

Qooper connects to HubSpot using OAuth scopes. Please ensure the following scopes are enabled when authorizing the connection.

Required scopes:

  • crm.objects.contacts.read

  • crm.schemas.contacts.read

  • crm.objects.companies.read

  • crm.objects.owners.read


For bi-directional sync (Qooper → HubSpot), also enable:

  • crm.schemas.contacts.write

  • crm.objects.companies.write

  • crm.schemas.companies.write



(2) Qooper Team will Complete the Integration

The Qooper team will:

  • Map HubSpot fields to Qooper (ID, Email, First Name, Last Name, Custom Fields, etc.)
  • Configure one-way or two-way sync rules
  • Perform data validation and test syncs
  • Activate scheduled automation

(3) Done 🎉

Your HubSpot connection is successfully established. The Qooper team is now working on the integration to ensure all data is fully synced and ready for mentoring, learning, and inclusion programs. All configuration is handled by Qooper to provide a fully integrated, low-effort experience.
