How to Change Program Name, Support Email, and Program Description

Admins can easily update a program’s name, support email, and description from the platform. These details help personalize the participant experience and direct support requests appropriately—especially when multiple programs exist under one organization.


Where These Appear

  • Program Name
    Appears on the homepage welcome screen and, if the participant is in multiple programs, also on the program selection screen.

  • Program Description
    Shown just below the welcome message on the homepage and also on the program selection screen.

⚠️ Note: The Program Description has a character limit of 391 characters.
Keep it concise and clear to ensure it displays properly across all devices.





  • Support Email
    Useful for organizations with multiple programs or divisions—assigning a unique support email per program helps route participant inquiries to the right team.


Step-by-Step: How to Edit Program Info

  1. Sign in to Your Admin Account
    Go to platform.qooper.io and log in.

  2. Navigate to the Program Section
    Click on the Program tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. Open Edit Options
    Find your program listed. Next to the program name, click the three dots () and select Edit.

  4. Make Your Changes

    • Update Program Name

    • Update Support Email

    • Edit Program Description

  5. Save Your Changes
    After updating, click Submit to save and apply the changes.
