Conditional matching allows you to create custom rules for how participants are matched based on their responses to specific profile questions. This helps ensure that participants are only matched if certain conditions are met—making the matching experience more relevant and meaningful.
What Is Conditional Matching?
Conditional matching restricts pairing between participants based on predefined rules using profile question answers. For example, you may want participants from different departments to be matched only with someone from the same region or experience level.
What Are the Requirements?
To ensure conditional matching works properly, the following conditions must be met:
-
Supported Question Types
Only these profile question types can be used in conditional matching:-
Single Choice
-
Multiple Selection
-

Matching Logic
-
The conditional rules must match the exact wording of the profile question options.
-
The profile question must be enabled as "Use in Matching Algorithm".
-
-
Applies Across Matching Types
Conditional matching applies to:-
